Due to the bespoke nature of scheduling, resource allocation, and coach commitment, fees for these sessions are non-reimbursable. However, you may request a rescheduling of any session by submitting a request via our contact form no fewer than 7 days before your original date. This policy ensures that dedicated resources remain appropriately assigned.

3. Info Products

Info products include digital courses, e-books, and downloadable templates offered on goalsprintlab.com. If you find the content unsatisfactory, you may request a reimbursement within 7 days of purchase. Submit your request through the contact form. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

4. Goods

Physical goods purchased through our platform are subject to a defect-based policy. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, submit documentation via the contact form within 14 days of delivery. Once verified, we will provide either a replacement shipment or a reimbursement of the purchase price. Customers must retain the item until inspection is complete.
